ISO CERTIFICATION
The Company “FIDELITY Single-Member Commercial & Tourism Company” has developed and implemented an Integrated Quality Assurance, Environmental Management, and Information Security System covering its activities in:
TOUR ORGANIZATION SERVICES, TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES, AIRLINE & TOURIST TICKET SALES, AND TOURIST ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION SERVICES.
This Integrated System complies with applicable European and National legislation, as well as the International Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022, ensuring the required level of quality services and fulfilling the principles of Environmental Management and Information Security.
Certification according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022 was conducted by the Greek Certification Body NBIS S.A., while the development of the Integrated Management System was carried out by the Consulting Organization MARTE Consulting.
